Telva was founded in 2022 by a team of construction professionals who’d seen too many Kenyan property owners receive substandard finishing work delayed timelines, unfinished details, and contractors who vanished mid-job.
We built Telva around one idea: that Kenyans deserve finishing work that holds up for decades and becomes the thing guests notice first. Not the kind that looks good in a photo and fails in six months.

Today our team of over 20 craftsmen handles everything from single-room renovations in Kileleshwa to multi-storey commercial fit-outs in Westlands. Every project is run by our own people not subcontractors and every project ends with a walkthrough that must pass before we consider the job complete.
