Site Assessment
We inspect your slab height, existing services (electrical, AC, plumbing) and structural conditions before recommending the right ceiling system for your space.

We map out the ceiling grid, lighting positions, and any feature details. You approve the layout before a single board goes up.

Installation
Framework, boarding, taping and plastering installed level and true. Recessed lighting cutouts positioned exactly where you need them.

Finish & Handover
Skim coat, sanding and priming to a paint-ready standard. Final inspection together before we hand over.
Gypsum ceiling FAQs
A standard residential room (20–40 sqm) typically takes 3–5 working days including framework, boarding and plastering. Larger areas, feature ceilings or projects involving integrated lighting and AC will take longer. We provide a specific timeline in your quote after seeing the space.
Gypsum board (drywall) ceilings use pre-manufactured sheets fixed to a metal framework; faster, lighter and better for large flat areas and commercial applications. POP (Plaster of Paris) is hand-applied and better suited for ornate, curved or decorative designs like cornices and coffers. We work with both and will recommend the right system for your space and budget. give you an accurate, itemised quote after seeing your space.
Yes and it’s much better to plan these before the ceiling goes up than to cut into it afterwards. We coordinate with your electrician and AC installer to position all cutouts, access panels and vents precisely within the ceiling framework before boarding.
Poorly installed gypsum ceilings crack usually because the framework wasn’t fixed properly or the wrong jointing tape and compound were used. When installed correctly with the right materials and expansion gaps a gypsum ceiling should last for decades without cracking. Our installations come with a workmanship guarantee. suppliers you prefer, we can accommodate that too.
