When you hire us as project managers, we take responsibility for the entire delivery; including planning, coordinating all trades, managing subcontractors, controlling costs and reporting to you. In many cases we do both: managing the overall project while our own team carries out the finishing works. Yes. We have managed projects in Machakos, Kitui, Kajiado and Eldoret. For projects outside Nairobi, we assess the scope, travel requirements and site visit frequency as part of the initial discussion and build these transparently into our fee structure. give you an accurate, itemised quote after seeing your space.
Yes and we’ve done this a number of times. We’ll carry out a full site condition and programme assessment first so we understand exactly where things stand, what’s outstanding and what risks exist before we take responsibility. We won’t take over a project and then pass problems back to you that existed before we arrived. We’ll discuss both options and what each involves during the site visit.
Every project we manage comes with a written milestone schedule issued before we begin. During construction, we provide regular progress updates; daily summary notes for fast-moving projects, weekly written reports for longer programmes. You always know where your project stands without having to chase us for information.
